In his over 18 years in the mental health field, he has worked within a wide range of settings, including but not limited to the school system to the military system. He is currently in private practice in the Charlotte, NC area, specializing in anxiety and trauma, as well as helping people remove their mental and emotional barriers in order to grow both personally and professionally.  He is also, along with Alyson Stoner, the co-developer and co-facilitator of Mindful Movement, the holistic fitness program that reconnects mind-body-being through creativity.
